“Thank you ever so much for my apartment.  I love living at Norstar.  It's nice to return to a modern, secure home.  My professional employment places demands on time.  Addressing laundry, mail, and disposal services without leaving my floor is great!  I especially appreciate the extra efforts you made to accommodate my timing and storage needs during move-in.
     My physical and mental condition is better than ever thanks to the 'on campus' health club and the nice Norstar people.  I brag to my friends about our maintenance and service.

     “After living in the city of Syracuse in the same house for sixty-one years, I finally moved to the Norstar Apartments--my first move to an apartment.  I have been very happy at the Norstar Apartments.  
     I like the laundry facilities on each floor, a feature you don't find in other apartment buildings.   I enjoy having the elevator, mail room, trash room, etc. nearby--also the swimming pool and exercise room.
     They have a lot of social activities and there is something going on all the time, in which I try to participate.
    It's been three years that I've lived at the Norstar Apartments and I must say I've been very happy here.

     “I have enjoyed residing at Norstar Apartments for a year and a half.  The staff is very personable and helpful, often going the extra mile to assist a tenant if necessary.
     Before I moved into my apartment, the maintenance crew painted the walls, cleaned the carpets, and repaired any damage that may have been left from the previous tenant, as they do with all apartments prior to renting.  If there is a problem after moving in, maintenance does their best to properly correct it in a timely manner.  When my dishwasher did not work and was unable to be repaired, a new one was installed within a week.
     The lobby of each building is kept clean and tastefully decorated.  The grounds are well kept and landscaped.  There are several large grassy areas for children to play as well as a playground and swimming pool.  There are barbeque grills and picnic tables located outside of each building in the summertime and even an outside area to wash your car.  The fitness center is open to all residents of Norstar Apartments and the Community Room often has activities planned for and by the residents.
     Holidays are very special here with Easter egg hunts, a Halloween parade ending with a resident magician, a Christmas party in which Santa Claus hands out presents to the children, as well as Christmas window decorating contests.  A resident breakfast is planned about once a month in the Community Room and day bus trips for seniors on a regular basis.
     Many apartment complexes claim to be a "community," but the staff at Norstar has proven they genuinely care about the tenants and take pride in their establishment.  I highly recommend Norstar Apartments to anyone looking for the warm feeling of home."
